ANDROID PHONE
To edit an existing account open the ‘Email’ App then Settings/Click on account to edit/Server Settings
To create a new account
- Go to Android Settings
- Select ‘Accounts and Backup’
- Select ‘Accounts’ then scroll to the bottom and select ‘Add Account’
- Select ‘Email’
- Select ‘Other’
- Type in your Email Address(username)
- Select ‘Manual Setup’
IMAP (Recommended)
- Select ‘IMAP account’
- Scroll to the top and type in your email address(username)
- The username box will have been automatically populated with something. Whatever it is, delete it and replace it with your email address(username)
- Type in your password
- Under the heading ‘Incoming Server’ change the IMAP Server name to imap.stackmail.com
- Select the Incoming Security Type as SSL and Port 993
- Under the heading ‘Outgoing Server’ change the SMTP server name to smtp.stackmail.com
- Select the Outgoing Security Type as SSL(All certificates) and Port 465
- The username box will have been automatically populated with something. Whatever it is, delete it and replace it with your email address(email username)
- Type in your password
- Press ‘Sign In’
- If successful you should get a pop up saying ’email account added’
- Open the Samsung Email App to see your Inbox
POP3
- Select ‘POP3 account’
- Scroll to the top and type in your email address(username)
- The username box will have been automatically populated with something. Whatever it is, delete it and replace it with your email address(username)
- Type in your password
- Under the heading ‘Incoming Server’ change the ‘POP3 Server’ name to pop3.stackmail.com
- Select the Security Type ‘None’ and Port 995
- Change ‘Auto delete from server’ option to ‘When deleted from Inbox’
- Under the heading ‘Outgoing Server’ change the ‘SMTP server’ name to smtp.stackmail.com
- Select the Security Type ‘SSL(All certificates)’
- A Pop up Message will ask if you to Accept this setting Press ‘Accept’
- Select Port 465
- Ensure ‘Required Authentication to send emails’ to is switched ON
- The username box below the switch will have been automatically populated with something. Whatever it is, delete it and replace it with your email address(username)
- Type in your password
- Press ;’Sign In’
- If successful you should get a pop up saying ’email account added’
- Open the Samsung Email App to see your Inbox
Edit/Remove an existing IMAP/POP account
- Open Email
- Click the 3 line Menu bar
- Click the settings Icon
- Click the account
- To Remove press Remove top Right
- To Edit above settings scroll to bottom and select ‘Server Settings’

The settings below can be applied to any Email application you wish to use to pick up your Wrap up Web Email Mailbox.
Specific instructions are provided for most common email applications such as Android Phone, Apple Mac Mail, iPhone/iPad, Microsoft Outlook, Gmail and Mozilla Thunderbird.
Let’s use a made up Email Mailbox account to demonstrate
Domain name: mybusiness.co.uk
Email Mailbox Username: customer@mybusiness.co.uk
Email Mailbox Password: 12345
IMPORTANT: To be able to both send(Outgoing Server) AND receive(Incoming Server) emails, don’t forget to configure both the Incoming and Outgoing server settings.
