The email has automatically gone out using the email address they have found on your website using a robot.
The letter has automatically gone out using the physical address they have found on your website using a robot.
No humans are behind these emails!
This is a scam!
The scammer has no idea whether you have got permission to use the image/s or not and neither do they care.
They are trying to scare you into giving them money. If you do, they’ll just ask for more!
Simply mark the sender of the email as spam then delete the email and if you have received a letter rip it up and recycle it.
Do not reply or contact them by email or in writing!
Do not give them any money!
