- Visit https://www.gpsvisualizer.com/
- Upload your GPX file
- Select ‘PNG map’
- Click the ‘Map it’ button
- Click the ‘download’ link
- Save the PNG file to your device
- Embed the PNG image in your website as required
Converting a GPX file to a publicly available interactive Google map link that you can use on your website
- Visit https://mymaps.google.com/
- Login to a Google account
- Press the ‘+Create a new map’ button
- Click Import
- Select your GPX file and wait for the upload
- Click the ”Share’ icon
- Give your map a Title and a Description and press OK
- Enable ‘Anyone with this link can view’ to make the link publicly available
- Disable ‘Let others see your name and photo on this map’ (optional)
- Copy the link given and paste it somewhere you can retrieve it later
- When ready paste the link on your website where required
