If you have received this error when trying to send messages using your Wrap up Web mailbox, it is because our server has detected suspicious activity on a machine or device you are using to collect that mailbox.
Suspicious activity could result in the mailbox being used to send viruses and infected emails.
If detected the mailbox is blocked from being used.
To reenable the mailbox the password must first be changed then a scan performed on the machine or device to ensure it is virus free.
To protect and scan and/or clean your device you can use any Anti-Virus software.
You can also use Free Anti-Virus software such as AVG
