Email Forwarding allows you to create an email address from your own domain then forward that email address to any another email address.

For example you might want to create sales@mydomain.com then forward that email address to accounts@myotherdomain.com.

In another example you might want to forward accounts@mydomain.com then forward that email address to a gmail address such as yourname@gmail.com.

Please note: Email forwarding is not the same as creating an email mailbox.

Creating an email forward using a Hosting Package domain name 

1. Login to your Client Portal
2. Navigate to ‘Client Area’
3. On the right hand side select your hosting package from the dropdown
4. Click ‘Email Forwards’ under the heading ‘Email’
5. In the ‘Add Email Forwarder’ box type in the bit before the @ symbol . For example ‘sales’
6. In the ‘Forward to Address’ box type in the email address you wish the Email Forwarder to go to, for example accounts@myotherdomain.com
7. Click the ‘Add Forwarder’ button
8. Your Email forward will be listed below 

Creating an email forward using other domains you own

1. Login to your Client Portal
2. Navigate to ‘Client Area’ 
3. Click ‘Domains’ under the heading ‘Manage Services’
4. Click the ‘Manage’ link for the domain you wish to redirect
5. Under the heading ‘Email Management’ click ‘Email Forwarders’
6. In the ‘Add Email Forwarder’ box type in the bit before the @ symbol . For example ‘sales’
7. In the ‘Forward to Address’ box type in the email address you wish the Email Forwarder to go to, for example accounts@myotherdomain.com
8. Click the ‘Add Forwarder’ button
9. Your email forward will be listed below
