Register a new Domain Name
- Login to your Client Portal
- Under the heading Order Services click Register Domains
- Start typing the Domain Name you are looking for
- All the most popular available domain name extensions will appear
- Select the renewal period for the Domain Name you wish to purchase
- Add the Domain Name to your basket by clicking the Add to basket button
- Once the Domain Name/s you require are added to the basket click your ‘Basket’ top right
- Registrant (IMPORTANT):
If you are purchasing this domain for yourself i.e. you want to be the registrant, then go to the next step.
However, if you are purchasing this domain on behalf of a customer i.e. you want them to be the registrant, change the ‘Registered to’ details by clicking the pencil icon the the right of Registered to in the basket then completing the details as required.
In either case above domain name renewal will be the responsibility of yourself.
- Select ‘Payment Type’ (Add a card if you have selected ‘Payment via Stripe’)
- Click ‘Pay Invoice’
Domain Name Payment via Bank Card
It is recommended a Bank Card is added to your account to pay for and renew Domain Names. This ensures that at renewal time there is a payment mechanism in place to prevent your domain names from expiring. Expired Domain Names will follow an expiry process.
Domain Name Payment via Bank Transfer
If this method of payment is selected the domain names will not be acquired until payment has been made to our account.
Bank details will be given upon selecting the ‘Payment via Bank Transfer’ option then clicking the ‘Pay Invoice’ button. Please allow 24 hours for any funds to reach our account. Please note that expired Domain Names will follow an expiry process.
Selecting different payment methods for different services
Please note that once a Bank Card is present in your account you do NOT have to use it to make payment for all services.
If for example, you have Domain Names and Hosting services with Wrap up Web, you can elect which payment method to use for each service by selecting Bank Card Payment for Domain Name renewal and Bank Transfer for Hosting renewal.
