If you have a domain name in your Wrap up Web Control Panel you are able to manage and configure the DNS of that domain name.
WARNING! It is important to understand that changes made to DNS settings, if not implemented correctly, could lead to the loss of email and/or your website. Wrap up Web cannot be held responsible for any changes leading to such an outcome. Wrap up Web recommends users take a copy/screenshot of the DNS settings before making any changes.
If changes have been made, issues have then resulted from those changes and no backup is available to restore the original settings, the only available course of action is to reset the DNS settings to default which may then lead to additional costs should Wrap up Web be tasked to help manually restore the original setting.
- Login to your WuW CP account
- In the dashboard click ‘Client Area’
- Under the ‘Managed Services’ heading click ‘Domains’
- The Domain names associated with this account will be listed here
- Click ‘Manage’ for the domain DNS you wish to configure
- Under the heading ‘Domain Management’ click ‘Manage DNS’
