ProfileGrid Extension installation

  1. Go to the website https://profilegrid.co/ and click on the ‘Order History’ menu link.
  2. Login with your username and password.
  3. You will be redirected to the Orders page where all your purchases will be listed.
  4. Click on ‘View Order Details’ link (order no 48117)
  5. On the subsequent screen you will see a list of licenses for extensions and plugins associated with your order and under the heading ‘Products’ the latest version of the plugin and extension files for download.
  6. Under the heading ‘Products’ click on the extension you want to download/use in your own website
  7. Download it to your own device/PC
  8. Login to the Dashboard of your website and click Plugins/Add New Plugin
  9. Click the Upload button and select the plugin from your device/PC and upload it.
  10. Wait for it to be installed then press the activate button.
  11. From the website Dashboard click ProfileGrid/Global Settings/Licence.
  12. You will see your newly uploaded and activated Extension with a blank license box.
  13. Revisit the the ‘View Order Details’ pager (order no 48117) and copy the matching License no. for the Extension you have just installed and activated
  14. Paste this into the blank licence box above then click the ‘Activate License’ button


Repeat the above for any other Extensions you wish to use
