Changing an Email Mailbox Password

  1. Login to your Client Portal
  2. Click ‘Client Area’
  3. Under ‘Manage Services’ click ‘Hosting’
  4. Click ‘Manage’ for the associated email mailbox Hosting Package
  5. Under the Heading ‘Email’ click ‘Email Accounts’
  6. In the box labelled ‘New password’ either enter a secure password of your choice or click the Key icon to auto generate a password
    WARNING: Do not use an easy to remember password. if your mailbox password is compromised it may result in 3rd Parties using your mailbox for other purposes. Wrap up Web takes no responsibility for passwords not generated by the password generator or passwords that are not secure. 
  7. Click ‘Save’
